2027학년도 1학기 교내 ․ 외 장학생 선발부터 일반대학원 장학금 신청 시 연구 실적 증빙자료의 반복 제출에 따른 부담을 완화하고, 장학생 선발 업무의 효율성을 제고하고자, 대학원생 연구실적 관리시스템에 등록되어 검증 ․ 승인된 연구실적을 활용할 예정임을 알려드립니다.

1. 장학금 종류별 연구 실적 인정 기간(예고)

※ 장학금별 연구실적 인정 기간 및 세부 선발 기준은 해당 학기 장학생 선발 공고를 통해 확인하시기 바랍니다.

2. 연구실적 인정 범위 및 반영 방법

❍ 학술지 논문, 학술대회 발표 실적

 - 대학원생 연구실적 관리시스템에 등록되어 관리자 승인까지 완료된 자료 활용

   ※ 단, 2학기 장학생 선발 시에는 연구실적 검증․ 승인 일정상 27년 3월 이후의 연구실적에 대해 개별 증빙서류 제출하여야함

❍ 특허 및 예체능 분야 입상 실적

 - 시스템을 통한 활용이 어려우므로 기존과 같이 관련 증빙 자료 별도 제출받아 확인 후 반영

❍ 연구실적 입력 방법

3. 대학원생 협조 사항

❍ 장학생 선발 시 연구실적이 누락되지 않도록 연구실적 관리시스템에 본인의 연구실적을 사전에 등록하여 주시기 바랍니다.

❍ 연구실적 등록 후 관리자 승인 여부를 확인하고, 승인에 필요한 절차가 완료될 수 있도록 미리 관리하여 주시기 바랍니다.

❍ 장학금별 인정 기간 및 세부 기준이 상이할 수 있으므로 해당 학기 장학생 선발 공고를 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.

For the first semester of 2027, full-time faculty members in general graduate schools, both inside and outside the university, are encouraged to register their research achievements in the Research Achievement Management System in advance so that the achievements can be reflected in scholarship selection and other benefits. Please make sure to register and obtain approval for your research achievements in advance.

1. Scholarship Types and Research Achievement Recognition Periods (Example)

Please check the detailed selection criteria and the research achievement recognition period for each scholarship in the relevant scholarship announcement.

2. Scope of Research Achievement Recognition and How Achievements Are Reflected

Academic papers and academic presentation achievements

Only research achievements registered in the Research Achievement Management System by the graduate school will be used after the administrator has approved them.

For the second semester, research achievements must be registered and approved by the administrator by July 3 to be considered for that semester's scholarship selection.

Awards in specialized and artistic fields

- Since it is difficult to use these achievements through the system, they will be reflected after the relevant supporting documents have been submitted and reviewed.

How to enter research achievements

- Refer to the manual titled “Graduate School Research Achievement System User Guide.”

3. Requests to Graduate Students

 1) Please register your research achievements in the Research Achievement Management System in advance so that they are not overlooked during scholarship selection.

 2) Please check whether your research achievements have been registered and approved. Allow sufficient time for any required approval procedures to be completed.

 3) Since scholarship recognition periods and detailed criteria may vary, please make sure to check the scholarship announcement for the relevant semester.
